Prayer - the #1 Way to Spirit-Speak

Prayer is the most used, most common, most simple way of communicating with Spirit. It is the base for all other forms of spiritual communication.

There are three key elements I believe every prayer must contain:

Gratitude
Give thanks for all your blessings and for the guidance you're asking for at the moment. I like to start and end my prayers expressing my gratitude.

Request
You must ask for what you want. Spirit and your Angels won't step in without your permission. The Bible even says,

Keep on asking and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking and you will find. Keep on knocking and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened.   ~Jesus, Matthew 7:7-8

Protection
Ask Spirit to communicate with you from pure love, and guide you with only the highest, best advice. God is pure love. But the guidance of the less spiritually developed departed may not be as perfect as God's love is. Read more...
