Are Psychic Abilities Possible Beginning at Mid-Life?

Almost every psychic I've learned about says that they noticed their special abilities as children - natural born psychics. In many cases though, I liken it to Mozart and his musical talents. Mozart practiced with an obsession from the age of three, and had the support and mentoring of his father, Leopold, who was deputy to the court orchestra, a composer and an experienced music teacher.  If you're anything like me, your family didn't nurture your intuitive abilities as a child. In fact, they squelched your oddities if you dared to mention them. But, you've always been intrigued and wished you could be like Lisa Williams or John Holland.

The fact is that everyone has psychic ablilites just like everyone can play music if they want to. So what if you're not a prodigy? What if you just want to play the flute? You've always loved listening to the flute but never tried it yourself? Maybe you'll have a feel for it and after much practicing, others will enjoy hearing you play. The point is that everyone can play the flute or any musical instrament if they put their mind to it. And so it is with Psychic abilities. There are even more abilities to try out than there are musical instraments.
